Edited by Ana Luiza Pessanha and Humberto Falcão Martins, the volume collects articles published in the homonymous República.org blog and also features new writing, structured in four thematic blocs: State transformation, data transparency and digital governance, diversity in the public sector, and people management. As summarized by the editores, the transformation of Brazilian public management includes facing historical structural issues, incorporating technology and data, guaranteeing equity and genuine inclusion, as well as valuing and strategically managing human capital.
Excerpts
